Forwarding a port to a LAN-machine

Hi I have SuSE 7.2 firewall with ipchains. The box has a public IP, and 2 NIC. I need to allow a connection arriving from outside to port 5000, and forward that to a LAN computer (10.0.0.101). How is this done with ipchains? Jaska.
