Hi Patrick, Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately I don't have that file(s). IN fact I made a find all over my disk and there is no aspell*.conf files. Regards Lívio Cipriano ----- Original Message ----- * Lívio Cipriano <lcipriano@iol.pt> [08-21-06 06:40]:

They are generated by asepll by using aspell. .aspell.en.pws contains words that I have added to it's dictionary. I do not know the purpose of the other. 09:12 wahoo:~ > ls -la ./.aspell* -rw-rw----+ 1 pat users 24 2006-08-19 23:16 ./.aspell.en.prepl -rw-rw----+ 1 pat users 52 2006-08-19 23:16 ./.aspell.en.pws I believe that aspell uses your system settings/preferences for language determination. -- Patrick Shanahan Registered Linux User #207535 http://wahoo.no-ip.org @ http://counter.li.org HOG # US1244711 Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2
Hi (again) Patrick, My problem was that I assumed that Kde Control Center -> Kde Components -> Spell Checker automatic created or updated the aspell.conf. I just created myself and all is working fine. Regards Lívio Cipriano ----- Original Message ----- * Lívio Cipriano <lcipriano@iol.pt> [08-21-06 06:40]:
