[opensuse] repomd.xml
Hi, for maybe a week or so when I try to update my 42.3 system using zypper, I get this message: #zypper up File '/repodata/repomd.xml' not found on medium 'http://download.opensu se.org/distribution/leap/42.3/repo/non-oss/' It is the same situation for http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/ leap/42.3/repo/oss/ I am just wondering when those files will be restored to the repositories. Or, am I just misunderstanding something about this issue? Thanks, Mark -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Those files certainly do not exist but that is not a problem here. I tried "zypper ref" just now. My guess: remove the OSS repo and add it again. Your repo list probably has the wrong type for it (should be type "yast2"). "zypper lr --details" for checking. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.3 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)

Thanks Carlos, that seems to have fixed the problem. zypper is working again. Mark -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
