The international version will also come with 5 CDs. The difference between the german and the 'international' CD set is, that on the international every kind of encryption stuff is missing. Yes, and it's already up and running. Here the URL of one of the fastest mirror sites: ftp.gwdg.de://pub/linux/suse/ftp.suse.de Currently you'll only find the updated ssh package, but more will follow. And, please ignore the PLEASE_GO_TO_FTP.SUSE.COM, this will vanish soon.
