You can check/change that with the 3.5"-disk you got with it... I know we had that problem for a few users on our LAN who have Realtek-network-cards, and when you leave it as PnP, it needs the Realtek driver under Windows (and I don't think there is one under Linux, because you don't really need one ;-)), but when it is NOT PnP, it is NE2000-PCI-compatable: under Windows, you _must_ use the generic NE2000-driver, so...
