xgettext not available?

I am trying to compile libchipcard on Suse Super with kde and added repositories, but it seems to that the installed gettext package does not contain xgettext. Is somewhere a updated package available with xgettext? Without this libchipcard can not be built :-( TIA, rauch

Without this libchipcard can not be built :-(
