SuSEConfig overwrites a lot of differant files like sendmail.cf in /etc. I would make a back up of /etc and your current working stable kernal before doing an update in YaST. I am considering an upgrade from 5.1 to 5.2 as well. I have named configured, debugged and working for my intranet. I believe the bind package in 5.2 requires a different format for some of the named config files. Is there a conversion tool OR is the new version backwards compatible with the older format of the config files? Would like to hear from those who have made the transition to the latest version of bind. Thx, Arun Khan -- To get out of this list, please send email to majordomo@suse.com with this text in its body: unsubscribe suse-linux-e
