Output of the leap view of the situation as follows: http://susepaste.org/9631628 Leap is on sda (first channel of a promise TX4 150 PCI card, all other sata controllers on the board being deactivated with the exception of a sata dvd which is on a separte sata II channel set to IDE operation mode. The promise works via bus mastering. Boot order in BIOS is here (in leap) sda, then sdb, sdc .... where the bios sees only sda (the others are going via the bios of the card running from sda to sdd (following every activated and recognized channel).
