how to add (successfully) an installation source to SuSE 10.1???
I am at the remote site of the server and started vnc. I start Yast Control center and add the new source media: http://ftp.uni-erlangen.de/pub/mirrors/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.1/inst-so... and move it to the first place. Than I try to "finish" that page. It does not close !!!! It is already one hour! SuSE 10.1 on AMD Athlon (64 bit) bye Ronald

Well, the speed of your processor is not in question. I've found that - on occasion - adding 10.1 sources has left the system in the "finish" stage for over an hour. This has happened on two machines. I'm assuming it finished by now? -- Kai Ponte www.perfectreign.com || www.4thedadz.com remember - a turn signal is a statement, not a request

I guess other have said this already, but please switch to something like Smart, until they fix the current rug/zmd utils/platform. The current "broken" package manager updates the source files everytime you access any of the rug/zmd, update, software manager modules.
