Try KDE Kolourpaint.
It's part of "kdegraphics3-imaging" package.
As I said, I tried everything in my KDE -> Graphics -> Image Editing menu, including KolourPaint. It's as crappy as the rest of them.
i recommend Inkscape (can't believe nobody mentioned it so far), it's a vector drawing app, and it supports everything you can think off, personally i do all my web graphics on, i'm no expert, so apparently it's the easiest way to go, not to say it's not suitable for advanced drawing/image-manipulation. official site: http://www.inkscape.org/ my little website: http://crooks.xordan.com/ (all artworks done with inkscape, and a little bit of Gimp=) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Just as a side note. Why did you put "Under construction" on your web site? Whole world wide web is under construction, all the time, but you can see that label very seldom. -- Regards, Rajko. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

While Inkscape is a good application, given the requirements, wouldn't that be like suggesting Illustrator for something you could use Paintbrush for? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Yes, if there were a suitable alternative. GIMP is mind-boggling, KolourPaint is buggy and the others inadequate. All have very poorly designed user interfaces. Randall Schulz -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
