[opensuse] Printer stalled
I have a Brother HL-1250 printer, connected to an HP Jetdrive printserver on my LAN. Today, I had a paper jam in the middle of a job. After clearing it, the printer no longer operates with Linux (openSuSE v10.2, although it functions with other OSes, so apparently something needs to be reset in the Linux printer subsystem. I can't find information on what needs to be done. What does it want? -- Stan Goodman Qiryat Tiv'on Israel -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

It needs to be re-enabled. /usr/bin/enable, or use the cups interface at http://127.0.0.1:631 -- Joe Morris Registered Linux user 231871 running openSUSE 10.2 x86_64 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
