[opensuse] googletalk webcam problem
Hi everyone,. 12.2: zypper dup'd. My webcam works fine with both cheese and kopete but will not work with google video chat. Google recognises the webcam as gspca and unplugging the camera produces a single image on the google video chat test settings page, but no video moving image. lsusb Bus 001 Device 003: ID 058f:6362 Alcor Micro Corp. I could notice all your repos have same priority level (e.g. 99). I suspect some version packages are conflicting each other when pulling from different vendor each time updates are available to come from. You should assign a higher priority (lowering number, e.g. 97 or lower) to the main updates source repo or be careful to chose the proper vendor each time they are available. Whatever you feel more comfortable. Hope this help to clarify your system condition. This just shouldn't be necessary. The only question in my mind is that the OP had the Factory OSS in the list though it was set No | No But we can't know what has happen exactly -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

You are right. I have no way to know what happened there before. We would need a full history for it, right? or maybe ask her if the repo was set Yes | Yes before ago. That's because I said " I suspect " Any suggestions?
