Hi,
It might be a very trivial problem but as I am quite new to Linux, I can figure it out myself.
I have SuSE 10.1 x86_64. I can access internet through Konquror only. None of the other browsers are working. I have Installed Firefox (the latest version available) but the result is all the same.
Except Konqurer all the other browsers are having timeout in HTTP request.
I would appreciate your guidence very much. Please throw some light to it.
Thanks in advance,

Hi .
I had that one a few weeks ago , If you look in the archives the fix is there it was an IPv6 related issue if i remember correctly
Pete . Hi,
for this, you might look also here: http://en.opensuse.org/Disable_IPv6_for_Firefox hmmm, I am curious, in what way this will fix the problem??? Not that it is a bad thing to disable ipv6, when you are using ipv4 only, but does "x86_64" imply, that you can only work with ipv6? ;-)))) kind regards Eberhard -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
