I only got a partial response from my crystal ball before it failed. It would appear you are running an older PC with a failed/failing cpu fan. Google that message in this list for the period 10.0 was active. I remember that message being common, but not the cause/solution - if there was a solution.

Check cpu heatsink, grease, and fan. It is probably and old machine and needs maintenance. - -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. Thanks Carlos, actualli I just put in some more fans and it is ok so far. Ken Scneider's sugestion to google the error message led me to get rid of powersve too. Didn't need it anyway, I realized. -- Bob Rea mailto:gapetard@stsams.org http://www.petard.us http://www.petard.us/blog http://www.petard.us/gallery Where is Bill Stringfellow now that we really need him? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
