Christoph, Thanks for the reply, I've now added in the url you have given into YaST as an additional repository but it would appear that the site is a bit overloaded, (trying to go into software management with this added to the list leaves YaST hanging for ages, (I left if for an hour), with a small popup window indicating its reading package information and downloading the file manally left it coming down at 0.3Kb a second). Is this correct? i.e. is this package not included in the 64bit release as it depends on some php package which is 32bit or is it just missing?

The package isn't on the CDs, but it's in the inst-source. Please chech out http://www.opensuse.org/Additional_YaST_Package_Repositories and/or add http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS-RC1/inst-source/ to your installation sources in YaST.
