You can find last "linux-abi" version in: http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-abi It compiles and run fine with openSUSE kernel (32 & 64 bits) as well with most actual distros (you don't need patch and compile a custom kernel).
I'm not sure which is thecurrent incarnation of that feature. Is it included in current openSUSE releases?

What for?, don't the linux-abi replace the iBCS2 libraries?.
