What about fte? Comes with the distribution. Or the editor that comes with wpe (wedit?). I had them installed some months ago, and as far as I recall they have the right "blue -and white" look'n fell, but then I learnt vi and there's no such thing as turning your back to vi(m) after the somewhat cumersome learning-period. I gotta agree with you. To use vi effectively, you only need to learn a few commands (hjkliaIA ^F ^B :q :w :q! ZZ cw dw . / is about all I use). Once you get used to it, it is really very nice. -- Stephen Montgomery-Smith Department of Mathematics, University of Missouri, Columbia, MO 65211 Phone 573-882-4540, fax 573-882-1869 http://www.math.missouri.edu/~stephen stephen@math.missouri.edu -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
