Sometimes when VLC starts, it starts in the top-left corner of the screen and doesn't have a title bar, so there's no minimise, maximise and close buttons. Does anybody have any idea how or why this happens, or any way to stop this annoying habit? I occasionally get similar 'problem'. Question: can you MOVE vlc by clicking on the top "bar" (ie the area just under the edge of the computer screen) and HOLDING and dragging it, say, down the screen? When I do this the missing 'widgets' appear. BC -- There comes a time in the affairs of a man when he has to take the bull by the tail and face the situation.
