[SLE] Installing Suse on existing Logical Volume?
Thanks to the reply of some people on this list I have decided to install Suse using LVM. I already have a volume group (/dev/planetlab) which occupies the whole DISK. Is it possible to add a Logical Volume to this group to install suse on it? Or do I have to resize this and create another group for Suse? Thanks, Claris

I maybe wrong but I remember reading that the boot partition should not be on an LVM so you need to let 60 Mb for the boot partition and then put everythingelse on a logical volume Gael -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com

60 MB? Mine's just over 15MB and only 54% is used.
