What I find really galling is having self righteous zealot drivel on this top or bottom posting issue, together with smug urls on how to do it right filling my in box, as the price for no answer.

Perhaps the reason you were ignored is because you can't be bothered to read the URL (which I posted) on how to ask a question so it is likely to be answered.

It's all about fast, effective comunication with as little wasted time as possible. Following the long-establised standards facilitates these things.

Also, a big Thankyou rex for posting your magic URL which will save us all from being ignored. Do you have any even more powerful URL's, in case the magic wears thin.
