Kmail & GnuPG signing on 9.2
-- I've been running 9.2 pro for a while now, and noticed this problem on two installs. Anyone have any suggestions or encountered this one? I can send emails fine with Kmail. However, when I attemot to sign them with my gnupg key it fails. Here's the breakdown: Compose message click send Whenever you would normally get a dialog box prompting you for the passphrase the program freezes. I have no choice but to close it down. I have tried this using Any, inline gpg, smime and gnupg All yield same results. Any help? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Harold AKA Pagan pagan@jezebelle.nordaki.net http://www.nordaki.net/~pagan (L)ICQ Number: 171264067 Distro: SuSE Linux Professional Registered Linux User:216397 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Maybe this will help: http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html There is actually quite a lot of discussion on mail.kde.org about problems with kmail/gpg. Just go to kde.org, and search on gpg.
Most appreciated! I assumed that it would be pre-configured to use pinentry-qt however, I assumed wrong. For the archives: As per suggestions on: http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html edit ~/.gnupg/gpg-agent.conf and add: pinentry-program /usr/bin/pinentry-qt Thanks again!
