Acrobat Reader in SUSE Linux 10.1

Hi, I'm using the above distro in a Lenovo Z60m (Intel 1,7 Ghz) and the Acrobat Reader, version 7, takes 2 min. to load. I've tried to tweak the start-up, but I got no improvement. Any ideas to speed up the load? Lívio

Noticed this on SLED 10 too, so I use Evince which is considerably faster to start, made it default application to launch pdfs. -J
