[opensuse] PPD file for Epson Stylus 3800 Pro

Boris. Go to this website: http://www.avasys.jp/lx-bin2/linux_e/ink/DL1.do toward the bottom there is a driver for the Epson Stylus pro 3800. Follow the steps to download and install.
