Hi: Basic question: I ran install Bundle::CPAN and said yes to the prompt for make test step. CPAN reported that the test for CPAN::WAIT had problems and make install would not happen without force. So, I'm wondering, just what is the right thing to do? 1] Explore the module, CPAN::WAIT for clues? 2] figure out how to force make install? 3] Punt? running SuSE7.0 Professional wanted to upgrade CPAN to 1.59. TIA, Tom

I answered ``n'' to that question and CPAN 1.59 installed for me. If you're using perl 5.005 this new CPAN might install 5.6 for you. -Kastus
