Does it have to be a "brick and mortar" shop? Have you looked at Amazon? Or kalahari.net? I did a quick scan for Perl on Kalahari and came up with quite a few hits... a bit long on the delivery time though. OK, another idea then... what about the University of Johannesberg? The UJ website has a long list of bookstores... I've found that the University book stores (either on-campus or "sponsored") usually have a really good selection of computer and software related book in stock. I can't speak for SA. though... never been there :-) Farthest south I've been is TZ. Have you tried Juta and its neighbors (blankout, cant remember their names, but the 3 of them are all very close to each other) bookstores, they keep alot of these "academic" books. University bookshops tend to be good for computer science books, although Pascal (and Delphi?) may be a bit dated now. Have you tried Amazon? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

FWIW, just since I didn't see anybody mention it yet - O'Reilly. <http://oreilly.com/catalog/9781565926592/index.html> (just one example, they should have more, about lots of stuff). To me, it shows £34.50 or $44.99 as buying options besides going digital Also FWIW, some books (not sure theirs are among them) get sold digitally specifically for printing and binding locally at a printshop.
