Hi. Maybe it's little of topic of list but i can't connect Belkin AP (european) with HP dv 1000 notebook (US) via wi-fi. Could someone can explain me diff's between US & European conectivity ? Regards Wojtek

I believe there's one or two channels that are available in Europe, but not North America. Other than that, there shouldn't be a problem.

Perhaps you should be asking on a WiFi or networking group or list. Are you certain both devices are funtioning properly?

When you have the wireless NIC working, do "iwlist <interface> frequency" (where <interface> is eth1 or eth0 or whatever) and it will display the frequencies corresponding to the various channels. -- A lot of us are working harder than we want, at things we don't like to do.
