Well, there are some.. based on the experience i had during shortly testing a few, i would recommend you trying typo3 ( it made the most aged and production / stable impression on me.. )

i fear he's not really searching for an enterprise quality content management software but an ECM, where a CMS plays only a part role.. As I can't see the real reason for such a thing.. as I never saw those catchwords used in that context by dreaming managers filled with any life.. sorry Markus
