Just downloaded and attempted to install. I say 'attempted' because all did not go well. A total of 109 packages on CD4 either failed to install, or, most frequently gave the message media not found. This is after I downloaded the CD twice. No such problems up to, and including, beta 4. I really don't know if it was the download process or the CD, but I'll most likely wait for the final v10.0 -- Stephen P. did you use the "verify media" option at the very start of the install process? did md5sum verify ok? I had no problem with cd 4 jdd -- pour m'écrire, aller sur: http://www.dodin.net http://valerie.dodin.net http://arvamip.free.fr

CD4 worked fine for me and I did an almost complete install. Side note: k3b seems to verify the checksum of the iso image before burning. At least the version in 10.0-beta* Regards, Carl-Daniel

It calculates, it's up to you to verify by comparing to the MD5SUMS file
