Hi there I have a weird problem with my dvd rom. I purchased the Suse 7.0 Pro that came with a nice convinient DVD disk that replaced the other 6. When I mount the drive in yast under Select Installation Medim and than proceed to Choose/Install packages---> than Change/Create congiguration, Yast dies as soon as I press enter on Change/Create configuration. That is the point at wich it begins to read the dvd, this is what it spits out as the program dies root@athlon:/home/chris > yast Program aborted! Tue Mar 27 12:50:35 2001 ERROR: Unknown Error!, DETAIL: 0 FILE: PkgRetriever.cc LINE: 569 I have installed the latest upgrade for yast form suse which is 1.07.1, I also have no probem using the dvd rom, I can read cd no problem and play dvd movies.
