I have a mach 64 too, and am willing to install the XF40 too, bu unfortunatly, the ATI mach 64 isn't accalerated yet, so I think it won't run as fast as the older 3.3.6... Maybe the 4.01 has some more support, but you can check it on www.xfree86.org
