They are located here: /etc/rc.config /etc/route.conf /sbin/init.d/route /sbin/init.d/network Bye, LenZ -- ------------------------------------------------------------------ Lenz Grimmer SuSE GmbH mailto:grimmer@suse.de Schanzaeckerstr. 10 http://www.suse.de/~grimmer 90443 Nuernberg, Germany -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
As result, I could configure dial on demand with wvdial on SuSe 6.4 and it work well. Now I try to use my machine as a router but the forwarding and masquerading look like don't work. I only changed the /etc/rc.config seting IP_FORWARD to yes. I found the file /proc/net/ip_masquerade and it contains this: Prc FromIP FPrt ToIP TPrt Masq Init-seq Delta PDelta Expires (free=40960,40960,40960) and I don't know what other files it uses. Please help meeeeee!!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!
