CUPS was working ok from KDE yesterday, but now if I try to print something from KDE, I get a dialog box that reads: "There was an error loading kdeprint_cups. The diagnostic is:" And that's it. If I use KDE Control Center to look at a printer, I get a similar error. However, if I use Kups, I can access the printer setup for CUPS just fine. AFAIK, nothing has changed on this machine from yesterday to today. The libkdeprint_cups.la and .so files are available, so I am not sure what else to examine. Anyone have a clue about this? -ronc -- 9:51pm up 11:35, 1 user, load average: 0.13, 0.16, 0.15

I've had a similar experience, don't know of a fix and have almost given up on cups. Eddie
