I'm looking for SuSe, 24X7 Web Support, for one Server. Kind of like what Red Hat offers.
Depending on what you want. Either "Linux Small Busines Support" or "SUSE Linux Server Support": http://support.novell.com/linux/linux_smallbus_support.html http://support.novell.com/linux/linux_server_support.html A different model alltogether - and certainly the most powerful - is the Premium Support (not limited to Linux): http://www.novell.com/services/premium/
Does anybody know how much Novell would charge for that?
That depends on what region/geo your looking for. Best check yourself on http://support.novell.com/linux/order_information.html It's 1010 Euro for the Server Support and 4260 Euro for the Small Business Support (per year).
Is it any good?
That would depend on what your expectations are. But yes: that is serious technical support. (yes, I'm working for Novell Technical Services) Greetings from Stuhr hartmut
