Hello list: I have a problem with Kppp, when I try to connect myself to Internet with a external modem US Robotics (33.6 Kb), appears me a message of the type: ' pppd has died' or something similar. I would suggest configuring your dialup via YaST and using wvdial. It's much more reliable and it works ALL the time. After you configure it you can use wvdial.tcl the GUI frontend to use it. * Ernesto A.
