Hi Everyone, I recently install openSuSE 11.1. In the past as part of the install I would tell it to turn on Remote Admin Access and VNC would be turn on. I did that this time, but when I try to connect nothing happens. I checked YaST to ame sure the firewall isn't blocking it, and it not. I did an nmap I do see the service open on the nic I am trying to reach. Now if I do a vncserver I can contect to the box. What do I need to look at so I can log into mybox.domain.com:0 or myboxdomian.com:1 and see XDM? -- ---------------------------------------- When a place gets crowded enough to require ID's, social collapse is not far away.
