Recently in this thread, I made an offhand remark about Fred Miller pertaining to his strong preference for a particular computer hardware supplier. It was meant to be funny but instead it cast an unwarranted slur on his character. To the best of my knowledge, Fred Miller is an honest and upstanding individual with an untainted professional reputation.
