Are they in postscript format (they used to be I think)? gv has options to swap things round so you should be able to get round it - either that or use psutils. On Tuesday, September 19, 2000 2:09 PM, Helgi rn [SMTP:hehe@post.netlink.se] wrote:
Something has went wrong; the text on the large 7.0 Handbook is upside down compared to all other books on my desk (for example the other SuSE books)! I have to lean my head to the right to read the text on all the other books, and then the text is upside down on the Handbook. I can't just turn it upside down because then SuSY (some call her by the terrible name 'Geeko'.....>|-P) would be upside down. This is perverse!!!...........:os

No, this is about the small part of the cover only, when you have them all sitting side by side in your shelf. -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq

Aagghhh!! I have dozens of books.. Title always runs down the spine.. Printers with no standards? If you stack them on top of each other the 7.0 writing is upside down. I stack them on top of each other 'cos I ran out of book shelf space, and I was getting a kreak in my neck from bending my head to the right to find a book. But now I have to stand on my chair and look back between my legs to find the 7.0 handbook. My chair is on castors.. Sooo.. if it moves I might fall and break my neck. All the other SuSE handbooks (I have the full collection from 6.0 to 6.4) the title runs down the spine. I wonder if this is more of a safety issue. I'd post to suse-linux-safety but I'm not subscribed... I really like the little Tux pin though.. nice touch :) Thanks and best regards, S.T.Ryder mailto:stryder@facestech.com +-------------------------------+-------------------------------------+ -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/support/faq
