A _small_ replacement for midnite commander / mc
I am fiddling with boot diskettes and found that the entire MC is a little large, isn't there a SMALL clone? like under dos in the 90s: we had norton c., sure, but loads of clones with less than 100 kilobytes doing _almost_ the same. i find lynx a little large as well. best greetings Olli

I set up a boot disk with a kernel that did NFS-root. I then created an image, based on the big rescue image on the SuSE CDs, that was NFS-mountable and included mc. It works quite well, I can send you some config files if you wish. -- James Oakley Engineering - SolutionInc Ltd. joakley@solutioninc.com http://www.solutioninc.com
