What kind of ssh did you install? If it is openssh or ssh from SuSE, it takes care about it automatically. You just have to set variable START_SSHD=yes in /etc/rc.config -Kastus

ssh does not ship with US versions of SuSE. You have to go to some mirror outside US to download ssh. And yes, it is in RPM format. You may try ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse for example. -Kastus
