Hi everyone. I want to put the command xset fp+ unix/:7101 so that X start up with truetype fonts under xfstt instead of having to type it every time I want to use ttfonts. I have xfstt loaded in /sbin/boot.local and everything works. Just want to get it automated. Can anyone tell me where to put the command? I think it goes somewhere in /etc/XF86Config but can't work out the correct syntax. Thanks, Steve. -- SuSE Linux 7.0

In your XF86Config file Section "Files" FontPath "unix/:7101"

Put it in your ~/.xinitrc file towards the end (you'll see where it needs to go), although with this method you'll have to do this for each user of your system. Bye, Chris -- __ _ -o)/ / (_)__ __ ____ __ Chris Reeves /\\ /__/ / _ \/ // /\ \/ / ICQ# 22219005 _\_v __/_/_//_/\_,_/ /_/\_\
