Hi. Please can anyone write a small script, that checks the web-site for update every 100 microseconds, and *scream* the speaker, turn the screen bright-yeallow, random-seek the HD, and emit smoke when the update is there :-)) J. Tamminen

You might try working with this: wget -o /dev/null http://www.highpoint-tech.com | md5sum
Please can anyone write a small script, that checks the web-site for update every 100 microseconds, and *scream* the speaker, turn the screen bright-yeallow, random-seek the HD, and emit smoke when the update is there
actually after trying that, I found out I would be waiting a LONG time. So I revised wget -O /dev/null -O - http://www.highpoint-tech.com | md5sum On Wednesday 01 August 2001 01:45 pm, you wrote:
