Hi, How can I install latest git version ? I have very old versions and when I try to update it : [arup@sztukajedzenia (SJ002)]$ sudo zypper in git Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... 'git' is already installed. No update candidate for 'git-1.8.4.5-3.8.4.i586'. The highest available version is already installed. Resolving package dependencies... Nothing to do. [arup@sztukajedzenia (SJ002)]$ I can see "nothing to do". I used as they mentioned in the official link (http://git-scm.com/download/linux) -- ================ Regards, Arup Rakshit ================ Debugging is twice as hard as writing the code in the first place. Therefore, if you write the code as cleverly as possible, you are, by definition, not smart enough to debug it. --Brian Kernighan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
