I have had problems also, as there are some newer hooks that need to be adjusted since NT SP3 ...

We have a 80-machines network with a primary (NT 4.0) domain server, DNS+DHCP+Apache on a Linux Server and many, many 95 & NT (as well as some Linux) hosts...
