I just wanted to let the list know that Ruediger Berlich from SuSE wrote to me this morning to get my serial number into the SuSE support database.
He got back to me as well. I now know that the SuSE support address has an autoresponder so if you don't get a reply they never got your mail. Ruediger only recently took over the installation support function and says he intends to make improvements to the service. Way to go.
