[S.u.S.E. Linux] Kpppload

hi i am using KDE4 and SuSE-Linux 5.1, i dowloaded kpppload-1.03.tar.gz. when i tried to install it got the msg(would u pls be so kind and have a look at the following attachments!): lifebook:/usr/local/kpppload-1.03 # make make: *** No targets. You should install autoconf and automake.
checking for c++... no checking for g++... no
