[opensuse] Ripping PS1 Games to ISO
Hi, So I am trying to backup my ps1 games to ISO files. I specifically need ISO to use with an emulator. I am unable to find any toolk e.g. k3b, brasero etc. to do this because PS1 games are a mixed mode disc and none of these tools appear to be compatible. So I have found this script: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux/comments/ju4m5/how_do_i_rip_a_ps1_cd_using_dd... Which successfully generated a bin and cue file but I cannot seem to convert said bin/cue to iso I must be doing something wrong here because I have tried 6 games with the same error. Can anyone enlighten me? Below is the output from bchunk. I cannot find much information about this error online. Is there an alternative to bchunk perhaps? bchunk -v -p pmw.bin pmw.cue pmw.iso binchunker for Unix, version 1.2.0 by Heikki Hannikainen <hessu@hes.iki.fi> Created with the kind help of Bob Marietta <marietrg@SLU.EDU>, partly based on his Pascal (Delphi) implementation. Support for MODE2/2352 ISO tracks thanks to input from Godmar Back <gback@cs.utah.edu>, Colas Nahaboo <Colas@Nahaboo.com> and Matthew Green <mrg@eterna.com.au>. Released under the GNU GPL, version 2 or later (at your option).
