[opensuse] OS 11.3 and KRFB desktop sharing
Hi, a couple of days ago I played around with desktop sharing. I enabled it in Yast, ran krfb to issue invitation and tried to access from a remote VNC client. Everything worked as advertised. I then switched remote management back off in Yast but now every time I launch KDE I get 2 instances of krfb that start automatically. I can't figure out what launches them. Me again. I tried enabling and disabling Remote Desktop in Yast in the hope that it would make the problem go away. Unfortunately now I get 4 instances of kfrb at every login! Please help. In KDE 4.4.4, where can I look for services that are started at every login? Patrick, Thanks but I could not find the settings that you mention. What I did is use zypper to remove the krfb package, reboot then install it again. It worked.
