[opensuse] where to report a bug in Gajim
Gajim complains about a problem with python (attribute error in line 275). I am unsure were to report it, is this other or gnome (if it should be part of the gnome desktop). Happens in TW and in Leap so that will grant two different entries (but I have the doubt it is Python related, not with Gadjim..). Thanks for helping me sorting this out. _________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________ Ihre E-Mail-Postfcher sicher & zentral an einem Ort. Creating an issue on https://dev.gajim.org/gajim/gajim seems reasonable otherwise you could create a bug in openSUSE for the maintainer. Cheers To some extend I am keen to try first with the maintainer because I am in doubt that this might be an issue of python version used in opensuse. But, stupid question, how do I find who is maintainer of the package? Via opensuse software, via zypper?

I always proceed as follows: 1. Open build.opensuse.org 2. Search -> package_name (gajim in this case). 3. Find the most appropriate package (if openSUSE:Factory one comes up first, on the right side it has "Developed at %project_name%, click it). 4. Right below the description there is "Report Bug". This will fill in all the metadata automatically, you'll only need to append to the subject and write the contents. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
