[opensuse] 11.2 KDE plasma problem
Just upgraded my laptop using http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/Factory:/Desktop/openSU... repo and plasma desktop keeps seg faulting. Just thought I would pass this along to see if others are seeing this as well. And yes I know it is the factory release of KDE4.4 and can expect problems. I just wait for a fix before loading it on my desktop. And by the way, KDE is looking better all the time. I'm not having any issues on 11.2 x86_64 ... kdebase4-openSUSE-11.2-60.7.x86_64 kdebase4-runtime-branding-openSUSE-11.2-60.7.x86_64 kdebase4-4.4.1-153.1.x86_64 kdebase4-workspace-branding-openSUSE-11.2-60.7.x86_64 kdebase4-runtime-4.4.1-191.1.x86_64 kdebase4-workspace-4.4.1-417.2.x86_64 Got a backtrace/any more details? Maybe it's an applet you have loaded that I don't. Try with an empty plasma config.
And by the way, KDE is looking better all the time. All people need is a little patience (including me). :-)
