I am trying the Lancelot menu with KDE4. The functions seem great, but ... The colours suck! The basic popup appears black text on a mid grey background. The second level appear as grey text on a black background and the text is unreadable -- not enough contrast and too small. I've poked around in systemsettings -> workspace appearance and the settings for 'kickoff' don't affect lancelot -- you might expect that, but there's nothing specific to lancelot.
